Tim Strafford is Managing Director for Motorsport at Fortescue WAE, bringing over 20 years’ experience across technical, commercial and leadership roles in Motorsport and Automotive.
Having spent 18 years of his career at McLaren, Tim has always operated at the forefront of technology & innovation. Tim was drawn to Fortescue WAE by its compelling mission to develop technologies that can support de-carbonisation at scale on a global basis. The Motorsport business unit is at the heart of this, providing an incubation space for new technologies that can help to enable a “Zero Emission” future.
